We visited Pearl Harbor

We visited USS Missouri and a submarine

Our tour guide was really great and I learned a lot.

I didn't know WWII ended here, until I went to Pearl Harbor.

It was fascinating.

We took a tour of the shop and it is interesting how they fit things in there.

Like libraries.

And cafeterias.

And lounges.

And kitchens.

Food preparation.

Sleeping accommodations.

Do not look terribly comfortable.

But this storage under the bed was a smart idea.

Some more crazy bedding.

Hawaii Temple and Church

We went to church right next to the Hawaii temple.

The lesson was about prayer.

And I kind of loved how the Samoan women talked about prayer.

There is something about Samoans and prayer.

Jess was stressed about finding a flight home.

So she stepped out to take pictures of the temple 

and destress.

Beaches and Sunsets

I think Dave was tired after Chinaman's Hat

And hanging out with sharks.

So he left us girls to explore.

And Jess took us to visit sunbathing creatures.
